Receptionist
Our receptionist extraordinaire, Kimberly Lugo, joined the firm in January 2001 after having worked several other reception positions upon finishing high school. Kim is the "engine" that makes everything in the office work. She does a wonderful job of handling the phones and greeting our guests. Documents get scanned, copied, and filed through Kim's efforts.
Luckily for us, she has a special affinity for those sometimes confusing office machines and can clear a paper jam that confounds most everyone else as quick as a wink.
