Stu Perlik M.D.

Dr. Perlik is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, American Association of Health Care Lawyers, the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, and is licensed to practice medicine in Illinois and California.

He is also a member of the American Association of University Professors, American College of Physician Executives, American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Epilepsy Society, and American Electroencephalography Society.

Dr. Perlik has been a faculty member at the University of Chicago, University of Illinois, Rush Medical College, and currently at Northwestern Medical School.

He has been on staff at Barclay Psychiatric Institute, Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, Michael Reese Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital (all in Chicago, IL), and presently at VA Great Lakes Health Care System in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and VA Chicago Health Care System.

Dr. Perlik has served on the following committees and panels: Deans Committee, Academic Council, Clinical Informatics and Oversight Committee, Quality Council, and Compliance Council at Veterans Integrated Service Network 12; Institutional Review Board, at Med-Sites, Lincolnshire, IL; Chicago Association for Research and Education in Science, Hines, IL; Medical Advisory Committee, at MedPartners, Inc., Birmingham, AL; Specialty Review Panel at Utilimed, Northbrook, IL; Quality Improvement at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Chicago, IL.

Dr. Perlik was selected as one of "America's Top Physicians" by the Consumers' Research Council of America.
